HR Manager

Techologik is hiring a Female HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the software industry, with strong expertise in bulk recruitment and talent acquisition.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth on boarding of new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute bulk recruitment for different departments
• Hire candidates for chat-based sales platforms (Discord, Twitch)
• Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring needs
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
• Maintain HR records and employee documentation
• Support overall HR operations and employee management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience in the software industry
• Strong communication and recruitment skills
• Experience in bulk hiring and talent acquisition
• Only Female candidates can apply
