Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Business Partner to support our Facility Management Division (FMD) . This role will act as a key link between HR and operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies while supporting day-to-day business needs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment
  • Handle employee relations matter and provide practical HR solutions
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs
  • Monitor HR metrics and support decision-making through data insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Support performance management and employee development processes


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of HR practices and labor regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
