Job Summary

The HR Business Partner – Sales Sector acts as a strategic HR advisor to the Sales function, aligning people initiatives with business objectives. The role focuses on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning to support sales growth and organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Sales department.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles across the field and managerial levels.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs.
  • Ensure timely and effective hiring to support aggressive sales targets.
  • Support performance management processes, coaching, and development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations cases for Sales employees in line with company policies.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention within Sales teams.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports related to Sales headcount, turnover, and staffing trends.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role supporting Sales teams.
  • Experience within FMCG, food sales, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong hands-on recruitment experience for Sales positions at both field and management levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
  • High problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employee relations management.
  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks.
  • Practical knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior Sales leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders.
