To act as a strategic partner and maintain key liaison between HR Shared Services and assigned business units within the construction and manufacturing divisions by aligning HR initiatives with operational goals, managing employee relations, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and practices across the organization.
The HRBP will play a crucial role in developing and implementing structured HR frameworks while supporting the Recruitment, Payroll & Employee Relations, Organizational Development & Performance, and Emiratization functions.
Experience
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role; candidates with 10+ years of experience are highly preferred.
Proven experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Strong background in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations matters and provide sound HR advisory support
Preference for candidates with construction sector background, international experience, and strong exposure to HR Functions.
Construction sector background is essential for this position.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent are preferred.
