Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as an operational partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring that HR initiatives, policies, and practices are aligned with organizational objectives. The role provides end-to-end HR support across employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and payroll coordination. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Chiefs and Division Heads to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support workforce planning and manpower tracking in alignment with approved structures.
  • Contribute to HR projects and organizational initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Partner with Talent Acquisition for background checks, coordinate end to end onboarding, liaise with PRO for visa and residency formalities, and manage exits including resignation processing and exit interviews.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR related queries, address employee relations matters, support investigations, provide conflict resolution guidance, promote engagement initiatives, and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
  • HR Compliance & Governance: Monitor changing employment laws, support development of HR policies and procedures, standardize HR templates, maintain audit ready documentation and employee files.
  • HR Administration & Operations: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, support benefits administration, prepare HR related communications, develop dashboards and reports, and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree and relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience within Human Resources across multiple functions.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives.
