Human Resources Business Partner

We are working with a leading cannabis brand to find a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to our operations leaders, providing guidance and support on human resources matters, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
• Hire and onboard new employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
