Human Resources Business Partner (Assistant Manager)
to join our
Human Resources Department
located in
Yalova.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines,
-
Minimum 6 years of HR experience as a generalist or HRBP (experience in shipyards and/or ship operating companies is a plus),
-
(Preferably) Expat management and global mobility management experience,
-
Good command of English (both written and verbal),
-
Experience in white & blue collar recruitment and onboarding process,
-
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and external contacts,
-
Excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills,
-
Good command of MS Office applications,

Analytical mindset with a strong result orientation, counseling and conflict resolution skills,
-
Ability to travel when needed,
-
Residency in Yalova, İstanbul -Anatolian side- and Kocaeli).

Enabling coordination between the headquarter and shipyard in terms of human resources policies.

Being in coordination with related functions and performing all relevant tasks in accordance with related laws and company regulations,

Coaching and advising department managers on people & culture related issues,

Designing and preparing HR reports and carring out process development activities using data analysis.
