What do we expect from our new team member?

Manage and execute talent acquisition, performance management, career development, and competency management processes for the assigned departments/functions.

Identify training and development needs in line with sectoral trends and the needs of responsible departments/functions; plan and manage the related budgets.

Contribute actively to organizational development initiatives and take an active role in HR projects, ensuring their implementation within the responsible departments/functions.

Lead and support change management processes across the organization.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of existing and new HR practices.

Collaborate with leaders to design and implement innovative and effective HR strategies.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
