University Degree,

More than 5 years of HR BP experience preferably in multinational and dynamic business environments,

Experience in HR processes including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, C&B, learning as well as strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law,
-
Proficiency in English,
-
Strong communications skills, including influencing and ability to encourage innovation,
-
Solid stakeholder management skills with strategic thinking, inspiring others and guidance providing,
-
Able to achieve desired results in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment,
-
Strong presentations and analytical skills, customer orientation,
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline oriented projects simultaneously,
-
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,

Able to travel when required.
Job Description:

Reports to Regional Vice President and Regional HR Head,
-
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the global HR Strategy, own the business processes and providing advisory services – at strategic, operational and administrational level in Turkiye,
-
Provide proactive business advisory and solution-oriented HR business partner services for the management team,
-
Manage implementation of best practice HR solutions, processes and reports that support the front-end business managers in their day-to-day activities,
-
Ensure communication and management of Global HR processes, such as performance management and annual compensation review, with a strong focus on talent retention, professional development, and succession planning,
-
Be a constructive challenger to drive the overall people strategy, by designing and swiftly implementing people-oriented and organizational solutions,
-
Act as the point of contact for both employees and managers to deliver customized and forward-looking solutions, programs and policies,
-
Act as the performance improvement driver to influence positive changes in the environment,
-
Act as the lead for HR to identify the operational and administrative services, inclusive of process mapping, organizational design, people transition strategy, costs and other relevant areas,

Manage talent management and HR processes for team members including annual events (performance, talent review, succession planning, compensation, engagement surveys and more),

Foster good employee relations and promote employee engagement as a way to retain highly valued talent. Drive action plans for the global function that will deliver an engaged high-performance workplace as a result of employee surveys,

Develop and track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time to fill, employee engagement scores) to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve HR programs,

Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, global HR standards, and internal policies, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR) and ethical conduct, in collaboration with the Legal department,

Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to plan and manage the HR budget, including employee-related costs such as headcount, bonuses, salary planning, and leave accruals. Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting while supporting strategic workforce planning initiatives to align talent needs with business growth and operational requirements,

Manage and monitor the end-to-end bonus calculation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policy, and alignment with performance outcomes. Coordinate with Finance and Payroll teams to validate data and ensure timely and accurate monthly bonus payments for eligible employees.
