The
Human Resources Business Partner (HR Manager)
at Abou Ghaly Motors plays a strategic role in partnering with business leaders to align human resources strategies and initiatives with business objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor and consultant to management on human resources-related issues, leading workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and challenges and develop HR strategies to support those objectives

Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and retention initiatives

Lead workforce planning including forecasting, recruitment coordination, and succession planning to meet business needs

Drive organizational change initiatives and support culture development aligned with Abou Ghaly Motors' values and vision

Partner with the Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams to implement competitive compensation, benefits, and recruitment strategies

Manage employee relations issues proactively, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and labor law compliance

Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR topics to enhance manager and employee capabilities

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for informed decision-making
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus

10+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on business partnering in a dynamic, multi-business environment

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices

Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels
