We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing network in Rochester, NY. This is a strategic, hands-on role designed for an HR leader who thrives in a multi-unit environment and is passionate about enabling both people and business growth.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100,000 annually
  • Bonus: 10% annual performance bonus
  • Travel: Approximately 50% regional travel required to support multiple sites

What You’ll Do

As the HRBP, you will:

  • Partner with General Managers, Area Operating Presidents, and senior leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and succession planning across multiple sites.

Build and sustain a consistent, high-performance culture while respecting local brand differences.

  • Provide employee relations guidance and manager coaching, ensuring fairness, compliance, and trust.
  • Drive change management initiatives (ATS/HRIS rollouts, policy adoption, org redesign) across multiple units.
  • Standardize HR processes while supporting unique brand needs.
  • Use data and analytics (vacancy reports, turnover trends, retention metrics) to drive accountability and results.
  • Travel across your assigned region (approx. 50%) to support local teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master’s or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit HRBP or regional HR role.
  • Experience in skilled trades, field services, or multi-site operations a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally (approx. 50%).
