The HRBP will be responsible for a wide range of critical functions that support both the business and its people:


  • Employee Relations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring clear and consistent communication across the organisation, and proactively managing employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead recruitment initiatives across various departments – Marketing, e-Commerce, PR, Corporate, Store Management & Sales. Whether in fashion or Footweare you'll focus on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent who align with the brand's prestige.
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to align HR practices with business priorities, ensuring employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance across the organization.
  • Policy & Compliance: Design and implement HR policies and updates that ensure compliance with local GCC regulations while maintaining the company’s high standards. Regular audits and updates to the employee handbook will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Manage bi-weekly payroll processing, ensure accurate timekeeping, and collaborate with vendors for employee benefits, leaves of absence (LOA), and any necessary adjustments.
  • Employee Development: Provide coaching, career-pathing, and training to managers and employees to foster growth within the company. You’ll play a key role in nurturing talent and empowering teams to reach their full potential.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Refine and manage the onboarding and exit processes to ensure a smooth transition for all employees, handling systems updates and record-keeping with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Culture & Engagement: As the brand ambassador for company culture, you’ll help to maintain a positive, inclusive, and inspiring workplace by organising team-building events and promoting an atmosphere of collaboration, respect, and excellence.


Requirements:


  • In-depth understanding of HR service delivery models, including onboarding, offboarding, employee life cycle management, and policy compliance.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Generalist ,with a demonstrated track record of leading teams in large-scale industries.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and employment policies, ensuring all HR processes adhere to legal standards across multiple regions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR technology platforms, and advanced knowledge of tools like Excel for data analysis
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach. • Excellent language, leadership, and interpersonal skills
