About the role:

The Human Resources File Clerk is responsible for maintaining and organizing corporate files. The Human Resources File Clerk will also assist in administrative functions for Human Resources Management and perform special projects as assigned. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Update and maintain document database files
  • Data entry, cross-referencing, scanning, copying, and retrieval of documents
  • Auditing and reporting of data
  • Rendering excellent customer service through handling inquiries, trouble tickets, and processing orders
  • Perform other related duties as required

As a candidate, you must have:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Two plus years of clerical experience in a general office setting or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in both PC and iOS systems and related software and applications, including familiarity with HRM systems
  • Experience utilizing digital storage and scanners
  • Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
