Human Resources Coordinator

Role Summary

The HR Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and HR systems. This role keeps HR processes running smoothly, ensures data accuracy and compliance, and provides timely support to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Post jobs, schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and manage ATS updates.
  • Prepare offers, run background/reference checks, and coordinate pre-boarding paperwork.
  • Plan and deliver new-hire orientation.

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (hires, transfers, leaves, exits).
  • Respond to HR inquiries (policies, benefits, payroll timelines) and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, and exit processes (assets, final pay, surveys).

Benefits, Payroll & Leave Administration

  • Support benefits enrollments, changes, and employee education; liaise with vendors.
  • Prepare payroll inputs (new hires, changes, overtime, allowances, deductions) for Finance/Payroll.
  • Track time-off and leave of absence documentation; ensure policy and legal compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years in HR coordination/administration or talent acquisition support.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Skills & Attributes

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through.
  • Strong verbal/written communication; professional, service-oriented demeanor.
  • High integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with data and reporting.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
