Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. You'll be the go-to person for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Please note that this role will require travel between our different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Conduct orientations and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Manage HRIS data entry and ensure accuracy of employee records.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes.
• Support HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR coordination or administrative roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
