Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator manages administrative HR processes and ensure smooth execution of HR programs and policies. They serve as a key point of contact for employees and assist with onboarding, benefits administration, compliance tracking and employee engagement initiatives. This role is essential for maintaining organized HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience.

  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly proficient in Google forms, Canva, Adobe Acrobat

You will

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with benefits, including enrollment, changes and employee communications
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews and processing background checks
  • Prepare HR reports, track compliance requirements and assist with audits
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions and company events. Become an active and reliable member of committees
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Support the Museum leadership team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Nurture a positive working environment for all employees

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

1-2 Years Of HR Experience Preferred
