Job Summary:
Premier Pool Management, Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our expanding human resources team. For this role we are looking for someone with a strong background in Social Media and Marketing.
In this fully in-person role, you will provide essential HR administrative support alongside hands-on assistance to our international exchange visitors (EVs). You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while also supporting EVs through transportation, wellness checks, and housing coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Strong Marketing and Social Media presence. Formulate and implement Marketing ideas and social media posts.
- Create flyers and short videos for presentations specific for each country we recruit from.
- Coordinate onboarding processes by preparing new hire documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HR system.
- Help manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
- Provide transportation for international exchange visitors between the airport, corporate office, and housing (valid driver’s license required; comfortable driving a 13-passenger van).
- Conduct daily and weekly wellness checks on exchange visitors.
- Perform weekly apartment checks and assist with housing logistics.
- Support the HR team with seasonal events and initiatives.
- Assist with seasonal closeout tasks, including apartment turnover, furniture management, and storage coordination.
- Maintain flexibility and responsiveness during peak seasonal periods, including extended working hours as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative or support roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Strong Marketing and Social Media background, proficiency in Canva/Instagram/Facebook, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday) is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Comfortable working with diverse international populations and supporting their integration.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing; comfortable driving a 13-passenger van.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
