Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews)

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs

• Conduct employee onboarding & induction programs

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards

HR Operations;

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS

• Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation

• Support payroll processing and attendance management

• Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
