Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update employee files (physical and electronic) ensuring completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ensure timely filing of employment contracts, identification documents, letters, and all relevant records.
- Regularly audit files to ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
- Monitor and record employee attendance, absences, and leave.
- Reconcile monthly attendance data with department heads for payroll processing.
- Report irregularities or attendance issues to HR management.
- Prepare and print official HR documents such as warning letters, penalties, employment certificates, salary certificates, and internal memos.
- Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, signed, and filed as per policy.
- Maintain logs and trackers for all issued documents.
- Coordinate and follow up with the GR for Employees documents and other official government documents
- Assist in offboarding processes, ensuring documentation is completed and filed.
- Respond to employee queries related to files, attendance, and document requests.
- Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in line with company policies and local labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
