Duties
- Assist in the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Support onboarding activities such as employee orientation sessions and new hire documentation using HRIS systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Recruitment support and HR coordination.
- Excellent ability to manage candidate expectations effectively while working closely with multiple hiring managers.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms with an emphasis in Workday.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—that enable clear articulation of job roles and company values.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management and lead generation techniques to build talent pipelines.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
