Human Resources Coordinator

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
• Zero-Two years' of HR, administrative, or customer service experience : Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Provides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Assists with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Responds to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Supports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits.
• Helps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

The estimated base pay for this position is $25.89 to $35.51. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
