  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and handling HR-related inquiries.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely management of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs to enhance workforce skills and performance.
