Human Resources Coordinator

<Responsibilities>

  • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Administer employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and performance management activities to promote continuous growth and engagement.
  • Oversee benefits administration including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Support human capital management strategies through data collection, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and workforce management tools such as Kronos or UltiPro.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, managing conflict resolution processes, and promoting positive communication across teams.
  • Assist with compliance activities related to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), affirmative action planning, and organization design to uphold legal standards and foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Contribute to project management efforts for HR initiatives like succession planning, change management programs, and strategic planning efforts aimed at organizational growth.
  • Manage agency billing
  • Take on employee disciplinary actions; including termination

<Skills>

  • Strong knowledge of human resources management principles including employment & labor law, HR sourcing strategies, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency with most technology programs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee evaluation, training & development programs, and performance management processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail through data entry, data collection, and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, contracts management, social media management for employer branding efforts, and conflict management techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
