Human Resources Coordinator

Job Overview

LiliSare’s Part-Time HR Coordinator supports our team with hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

This role plays an important part in keeping our employee systems organized, accurate, and aligned with federal and multi-state employment regulations. This role helps ensure our people processes run smoothly and responsibly.

Responsibilities

Hiring & Onboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for office staff
  • Complete background and reference checks
  • Collect and track required documents (licenses, certifications, IDs, etc.)
  • Set up employee email, payroll access, and internal systems
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital personnel files

Payroll

  • Process bi-weekly payroll through ADP (or similar system)
  • Submit payroll on schedule each pay period
  • Maintain payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality

Benefits & Compliance

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and basic questions
  • Help coordinate benefit plans and providers
  • Track employee training, certifications, and renewals
  • Ensure annual documentation requirements are completed
  • Support compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations

HR Support

  • Serve as a resource for handbook and policy questions
  • Support internal communications and employee initiatives
  • Partner with the HR Manager on projects and process improvements
  • Provide backup HR and Payroll support as needed

Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
