Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Office Assistant / HR Assistant to support daily office operations, HR coordination, and basic IT administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in employee onboarding, documentation, scheduling, and internal communication while ensuring smooth office workflow.


Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities
  • Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and internal calls
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and office communication professionally
  • Support procurement of office and IT supplies


HR & Recruitment Support

  • Assist HR team with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate background verification and employee documentation
  • Help in posting job openings and scheduling candidate interviews
  • Maintain HR trackers (attendance, payroll support, leave records)
  • Support employee engagement and internal events


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and office operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT staffing or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed)
  • Knowledge of payroll or visa documentation support is a plus
