Job Overview
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
Duties
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including conducting orientations and preparing necessary paperwork
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as ADP,Workday, SAP, and iCIMS
- Support payroll activities and address employee inquiries related to payroll
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollments
- Handle employee relations matters and support performance management processes
- Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for employees
- Assist with workforce management tasks and contribute to HR projects as needed
- Create new training and proactive systems
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in HR or related administrative roles
- Familiarity with human capital management principles and practices
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, iCIMS, Salesforce is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Experience in talent acquisition, change management, or other HR specialties is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $21.00 per hour
