Human Resources Coordinator

Job Overview

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.

Duties

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including conducting orientations and preparing necessary paperwork
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as ADP,Workday, SAP, and iCIMS
  • Support payroll activities and address employee inquiries related to payroll
  • Assist with benefits administration and enrollments
  • Handle employee relations matters and support performance management processes
  • Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for employees
  • Assist with workforce management tasks and contribute to HR projects as needed
  • Create new training and proactive systems

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Previous experience working in HR or related administrative roles
  • Familiarity with human capital management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA compliance
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, iCIMS, Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Experience in talent acquisition, change management, or other HR specialties is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $21.00 per hour
