<Job Summary>
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Manager, where you'll play a vital role in shaping a positive and productive workplace environment. <Responsibilities>
- Coordinate and support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Workday, and HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are welcomed, informed about company policies, and integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Assist in employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, supporting performance management initiatives, and contributing to succession planning strategies.
- Manage benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, benefits communication, and compliance with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and workers' compensation regulations.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts through effective conflict management techniques, and promoting positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to project management activities related to HR initiatives such as change management programs, organization design projects, and affirmative action planning.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry records within HRIS systems like UltiPro or Paychex, ensuring data collection is precise for reporting purposes.

<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative experience supporting HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and compliance requirements such as FMLA and workers' compensation.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools (e.g., Taleo, Lever), ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS), and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes including health insurance plans and retirement programs.
