Human Resources Coordinator

Human Resources Manager Position
Amarillo, TX Location

Salary commensurate with experience

Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with our overall business goals
Recruit, interview, hire and onboard employees
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and manage risk
Resolve disputes, manage disciplinary actions and handle terminations
Oversee payroll administration, salary structures and benefits programs
Lead performance management systems and employee training programs
Promote an effective and healthy work environment demonstrated by a positive professional culture, retention of excellent team members and continuous efforts to build a productive team

Bachelor’s degree preferred in management, business, accounting, human resources, or a related field
Prior HR experience of 5 years or more in a mid-sized services firm is not required but strongly preferred
Comfortable in a fast pace, high growth legal environment with many professionals
Strong leadership skills, computer skills, time management, multi-tasking, conflict resolution skills and ample ability to adapt
