Part-Time HR Coordinator (Workday Experience Required)

💲 $23 – $26/hour DOE | 📍 On-Site | 20 Hours per Week

A well-established national beverage distributor is seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support their HR team with employee data management and HRIS transactions. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with systems, processes, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage HR transactions within Workday
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding updates, employee changes, and HR requests
  • Ensure HRIS data accuracy and compliance
  • Assist the HR team with administrative and transactional HR functions

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of HR experience
  • Hands-on Workday experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism

Schedule

  • In-office Tuesday–Thursday
  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible hours available)
  • Potential for additional hours in the future

Compensation

  • $23 – $26/hour DOE
