Human Resources Coordinator

Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

· Assist with Onboarding, Training, and New Hire Orientation.

· Submit online requests and assist with new employee background screening.

· Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.

· Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

· Verify and update corrections/additions within the timekeeping system.

· Prepare and maintain employee files.

· Assist with Recruitment and Candidate Tracking.

· Compile, analyze, and organize information.

· Follow procedures to process new hires, transfers, and terminations.

· Update various spreadsheets, pull reports, and assist with other general administrative and clerical tasks.

· Make Photocopies. Mail, scan, and email documents.

· Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

This position requires 2 plus years of experience in Human Resources or related field. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office and advanced computer skills. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.

This position requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
