About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, flexible, and collaborative HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across recruitment, employee development, organisational development, and general HR operations. You will contribute to building effective people practices, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, and supporting a positive employee experience across the business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting line managers daily with general HR queries
• Provide support with recruitment activities, employee development initiatives and organisation development
• Coordinate and monitor the annual appraisal and review process
• Support the creation, implementation and tracking of development plans
• Develop HR policies and ensure timely implementation and review
• Define, plan and execute assigned HR projects, ensuring they are delivered within the timeframe
• Provide guidance on the implementation and application of HR procedures and tool, and oversee the implementation
• Ensure employment contracts comply with Compensation and Benefits policies
• Provide input and data to support for annual salary review
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and generate insights that support business decisions
• Contribute to the development and testing HR data collection tools, forms and questionnaires within specific areas of expertise to ensure relevant and accurate data gathering
• Occasional travel to other sites across North America will be required

About You

• Degree in Human Resources or another related field
• Proven experience in an HR coordination role and supporting line managers with HR queries
• Background in food manufacturing or similar sector
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are essential
• Proficient in MS Office with previous experience using the ADP system is desirable
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to meeting deadlines
• Excellent time management skills

Pay: $61,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
