We’re looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to help drive our recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience. From coordinating interviews to managing benefits and ensuring smooth HR operations, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for activities in several key areas including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, benefits management and assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.


What You’ll Do:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to create meaningful application processes
  • Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and track candidates
  • Manage job postings in ADP WFN and coordinate job fairs
  • Extend offers and handle employment verifications

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start
  • Handle background checks, direct deposits, tax forms, and employer policies
  • Assist with training, orientation, and first-week tasks
  • Manage Google Fiber and Google Team onboarding/offboarding

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records in HR systems (ADP, Ninety EOS)
  • Manage benefits enrollment and vendor audits
  • Track performance evaluations and certifications (OSHA, First Aid, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

What You Bring to the Table:
