Human Resources Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across core HR functions, with a focus on Recruitment, Organizational Development, and Onboarding.

What You’ll Achieve

Recruitment Support

• Coordinate job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
• Handle candidate communication and follow-up throughout the process.
• Support the preparation of offers and onboarding activities for new hires.

Onboarding & Employee Support

• Assist with documentation, contracts, and employee records.
• Ensure smooth induction and integration for new employees.

Organizational Development Support

• Provide administrative assistance in HR projects related to organizational structure, job descriptions, and workforce initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, databases, and dashboards.

General HR Administration

• Maintain accurate HR files and documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies.

What You’ll Bring to ACC

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Previous HR experience, preferably in recruitment or administration.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
