Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a PART TIME Human Resources Coordinator for an energy services / EPC client based in Houston, Texas. Role is an approximate 6 to 9 month Contract role with 4 days per week in the West Houston office from 9am – 1pm (flexible) and 1 day remote.


  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field and 1+ year HR experience preferred

  • Hourly rate up to $25 DOE (Role is Part Time approx. 20-24 hours per week 1099 basis)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact between HR and employees.
  • Assist with job postings both internally and externally
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
  • Assist with ensuring that new hire documentation is complete and filed correctly.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying data.
  • Assist in the annual performance review cycle.
  • Coordinates employee training and town hall events with facilities and IT departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management, Business Administrattion related field.
  • 1+ years of HR experience preferred

· Strong MS Office and Technology skills·

  • Previous experience within an EPC or energy services company a plus
