Human Resources Director

We are looking for a Human Resources Director for our client. Our client is a leading multinational production companies in Turkey.


Responsibilities


  • Design & development of HR strategies as well as implementation of company policies & procedures within the organization,
  • Preparation and follow up of the Headcount Plans in accordance with the Company Budget,
  • Initiate a culture of organizational and people capability development in accordance with Holding Performance, Career Management & Training System; lead succession & team development plans,
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding and orientation for all new employees,
  • Design and develop reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, and turnover,
  • Initiate a culture of organizational and people capability development in accordance with Performance Management, Career Management & Training System; lead succession & team development plans across the organization,
  • Take active role in HR projects such as job evaluation, grade and reward policy review, organizational restructuring and execute the relevant actions,
  • Strong capabilities about especially in management of employee relations, payroll and administrative affairs.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field,
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in manage industrial relations, performance management, recruitment & selection, learning and development and payroll & administrative affairs,
  • Experienced in Turkish labor law and applications,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong analytical skills and result oriented,
  • Consistently demonstrates strong leadership skills,
  • Excellent organization, planning and interpersonal skills and able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
