HR Director - Riyadh

  Linum Consult’s client is a major main contractor operating on a global scale. They are urgently seeking an HR Director to join a landmark sports infrastructure development near Riyadh. This is a major project contributing to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions and involves the full design and construction of a world-class facility, requiring fast-track delivery timelines and a large, multicultural workforce.
 
   OVERVIEW
  
- 
   The HR Director will lead all human resources functions on-site and ensure alignment with the company’s global HR standards and local regulatory requirements. The role will be responsible for establishing and managing HR operations for a major construction program, including workforce planning, recruitment, Saudization, employee relations, and talent development.
  
 - 
   This position will report to the Project Director and work in close coordination with the Group HR team to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and best practices across the organization.
  
 
   KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  
- 
   Lead all HR activities for the project, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws and company standards.
  
 - 
   Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with project objectives and timelines.
  
 - 
   Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for a diverse project workforce.
  
 - 
   Oversee Saudization initiatives in-line with national requirements.
  
 - 
   Support learning and development programs to enhance staff performance and retention.
  
 - 
   Build a strong employee relations framework, ensuring engagement and motivation across teams.
  
 - 
   Collaborate closely with corporate HR on reporting, policy implementation, and HR systems integration.
  
 - 
   Advise project management on organizational design, staffing structures, and succession planning.
  
 
   PROFILE
  
- 
   Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors.
  
 - 
   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
 - 
   Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English.
  
 - 
   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
 - 
   Proven ability to manage large-scale HR operations in fast-paced project environments.
  
 -
