We are looking for a visionary HR Director for our business partner, a dynamic player in the fintech sector.
Responsibilities

Define and execute the HR strategy in line with the company's vision and objectives.

Lead talent management, performance appraisal, career planning, and organizational development processes.

Ensure the effectiveness of recruitment processes at all levels and attract talent aligned with the company culture.

Plan and execute training programs to support the professional and personal development of employees.

Manage and develop competitive and equitable compensation and benefits policies.

Foster a positive workplace environment, boost employee motivation, and manage conflict resolution processes.

Measure HR processes, make data-driven decisions, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Lead the cultural aspects of organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.

A minimum of 14 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in a senior management role.

Experience in executing HR strategies and processes on a global scale is preferred.

In-depth knowledge and experience in all core HR functions. (strategic planning, talent management, compensation, recruitment, culture management, etc.)

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven competence in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Current and comprehensive knowledge of related legal legislation.

Excellent command of English.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office programs.
