We are looking for a visionary HR Director for our business partner, a dynamic player in the fintech sector.


Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the HR strategy in line with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Lead talent management, performance appraisal, career planning, and organizational development processes.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of recruitment processes at all levels and attract talent aligned with the company culture.
  • Plan and execute training programs to support the professional and personal development of employees.
  • Manage and develop competitive and equitable compensation and benefits policies.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment, boost employee motivation, and manage conflict resolution processes.
  • Measure HR processes, make data-driven decisions, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead the cultural aspects of organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment with strategic objectives.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Experience in executing HR strategies and processes on a global scale is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in all core HR functions. (strategic planning, talent management, compensation, recruitment, culture management, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven competence in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Current and comprehensive knowledge of related legal legislation.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office programs.
