Human Resources Director

HR Director, Dubai.

We are partnering with a leading investment banking / financial services firm undergoing a significant HR and people transformation.

This is a senior HR leadership role for someone who has operated in regulated, performance-driven environments and can elevate HR from functional delivery to strategic business partnership.

Key Focus

• Lead the transformation of the HR function across a growing investment banking platform
• Partner with the CEO, Investment Committee, and Board on people strategy and organisational design
• Build scalable frameworks across talent, performance, reward, and leadership
• Drive a high-performance culture aligned to commercial and regulatory expectations
• Act as a trusted advisor on change, structure, and senior leadership capability

Experience Required

• Senior HR leadership experience within investment banking, financial services, PE, or asset management
• Proven background in HR transformation and change
• Strong exposure to board-level stakeholders
• Commercial, credible, and comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments
