Human Resources Director

We are seeking an HR Director to lead the full people agenda and drive a high-performance, future-ready organization.

This role owns HR strategy, organization development, talent management, total rewards, and HR operations. Reporting to the Chief Shared Services Officer, the HR Director acts as a strategic partner to executive leadership and plays a central role in transformation, workforce planning, and cultural evolution.


Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Organization Development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR / People Strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, and grading frameworks.
  • Establish HR dashboards and analytics to drive data-led people decisions.

Total Rewards, Performance & Culture

  • Design and govern compensation, benefits, and incentive frameworks.
  • Lead performance management cycles, promotions, and annual increments.
  • Drive engagement, culture change, and employee experience initiatives.

Talent & HR Operations

  • Oversee talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and recruitment governance.
  • Lead learning & development, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
  • Ensure effective HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • CIPD Level 5 / SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate or diversified group environments is an advantage.
  • Arabic & English fluency required.
