A leading client in UAE is looking for HR Director for their Middle east operations.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of HR structure, processes, and governance across the group’s companies and international entities.

Design and roll out HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks for performance management, employee engagement, and retention.

Drive recruitment strategies for technical and leadership positions.

Establish robust systems for induction, appraisal, and organizational culture alignment.

Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws across multiple geographies (UAE, KSA, India, UK, USA, etc.).

Partner with executive leadership to support organizational growth and international expansion.

Act as the backbone of HR operations, ensuring consistency, accountability, and governance across the group.
Requirements:

Master’s degree degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior/group-level leadership role.

Professional certifications (CIPD / SHRM / CHRP)

Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple countries and business units.

Strong knowledge of international labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices.

Demonstrated success in implementing policies, SOPs, and performance management systems.

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance structure-building with business agility.
