Status: Full‑Time, Salaried
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $20-25/hour equivalent

Position Summary

The Human Resource Director is responsible for overseeing all personnel operations within Good Shepherd Care Center. This includes payroll management, benefits distribution, onboarding and orientation, education tracking, employee safety, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory agencies. The HR Director serves as an essential resource for staff and leadership.

Essential Duties

• Maintain employee records and personnel documentation
• Conduct orientation for all new hires
• Administer payroll and benefits programs
• Coordinate staff education and annual training
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and assist with surveys
• Oversee workplace safety and reporting
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations

Qualifications

• HR experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations helpful
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
