Human Resources Director

Full-time, salaried position located in the heart of the Adirondacks in Tupper Lake, NY for a busy not-for-profit office. College degree/SHRM Certification or equivalent work experience. Must have solid analytical skills and ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office desired. Position involves oversight of day-to-day HR functions and responsible for annual reporting, and ensure that the agency maintains compliance with all state and federal regulations governing employers.
