Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering

Partner closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective
people strategies

Provide strategic guidance on
organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement

Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, leadership development, and team effectiveness.

Support change management initiatives and help drive a high‑performance culture.

Use HR data and insights to support decision‑making and workforce planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Lead the
full-cycle recruitment process
, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.

Develop and implement proactive
talent pipeline strategies
for critical roles.

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.

Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring processes.
3. HR Operations & Organizational Effectiveness

Oversee and optimize
HR operational processes
, including onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, and policy implementation.

Ensure HR programs and practices comply with applicable
U.S. employment laws and regulations

Improve HR workflows, systems, and data management to enhance operational efficiency.

Partner with internal stakeholders to drive
process improvement and HR digitalization initiatives

Support HR reporting, analytics, and operational planning.
4. Employee Experience & Culture

Foster a positive employee experience aligned with company values and culture.

Address employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Support initiatives related to employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational health.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
.

8+ years of progressive HR experience
, including HRBP and recruitment responsibilities.

Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders as a
strategic HR partner
.

Strong experience managing
full-cycle recruiting
in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of
U.S. labor laws and HR compliance requirements

Experience improving HR operations, processes, and systems.
