Human Resources Director

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective people strategies .
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement .
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
  • Support change management initiatives and help drive a high‑performance culture.
  • Use HR data and insights to support decision‑making and workforce planning.

2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process , including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement proactive talent pipeline strategies for critical roles.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring processes.

3. HR Operations & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Oversee and optimize HR operational processes , including onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure HR programs and practices comply with applicable U.S. employment laws and regulations .
  • Improve HR workflows, systems, and data management to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive process improvement and HR digitalization initiatives .
  • Support HR reporting, analytics, and operational planning.

4. Employee Experience & Culture

  • Foster a positive employee experience aligned with company values and culture.
  • Address employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational health.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field .
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience , including HRBP and recruitment responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders as a strategic HR partner .
  • Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance requirements .
  • Experience improving HR operations, processes, and systems.
