As the “front face” of Human Resources, you’ll help new team members feel right at home, coordinate employee recognition and engagement events, and keep our culture shining bright. From birthdays and milestone celebrations to new hire orientations and wellness activities, you’ll bring creativity and connection to everything you do.

• This is a Full-Time position
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm
• Pay will be commensurate with experience, $28 - 32/hr

What You’ll Do
? Plan and organize employee events, recognition programs, and monthly celebrations
? Support onboarding and orientation for new hires (English & Spanish)
? Create newsletters, flyers, and engagement communications
? Assist with HR administrative processes and employee inquiries
? Bring enthusiasm, organization, and creativity to our team every day

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual (English & Spanish)
1+ year of HR or administrative experience (hospitality or service industry a plus!)
Friendly, organized, and great with people
Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new systems
A positive, can-do attitude and love for teamwork
