Job Description – Senior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Executive to lead and manage all HR operations in Dubai. This individual will take full ownership of talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and HR analytics, while mentoring a growing HR team. The ideal candidate must bring expertise in IT and non-IT recruitment, be proficient with modern HR tools, and have experience in setting up KRA/KPI and KRI frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Define and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior management to provide strategic workforce planning and HR insights.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment with proven experience in IT and non-IT hiring.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals for effective candidate sourcing.
  • Supervise and train HR executives in candidate screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.

Performance & Metrics Management

  • Design and implement frameworks for KRA, KPI, and KRI across departments.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist business heads with setting individual and departmental objectives.

Training & Development

  • Assess training needs and implement skill development initiatives.
  • Lead onboarding, induction, and mentorship programs for new hires and HR team members.

Compliance & Labour Law Adherence

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment standards, and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee statutory obligations such as Gratuity, Establishment, etc.
  • Maintain HR documentation, audit readiness, and handle employee grievance redressal.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster a high-performance and inclusive culture through engagement activities and structured feedback systems.
  • Develop employee satisfaction surveys and drive retention strategies.

HR Operations & Systems

  • Maintain and enhance HRMS and employee database systems.
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave & attendance tracking, F&F settlements, and HR reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong recruitment background with hands-on experience in IT hiring.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other ATS/job boards.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory HR compliance.
  • Excellent in setting up and managing KRA, KPI, and KRI metrics.
  • Proven leadership in training and mentoring HR executives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with modern HRMS and data-driven decision-making.
