Recruitment Specialist (Russian Speaker/ European Language Speaker)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute recruitment strategies for mid to senior-level roles within our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, proven experience in sourcing top talent, and expertise in fostering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop role-specific hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, professional networks, headhunting, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with department heads to define job roles and understand hiring requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to leadership teams.
  • Market Research & Employer Branding:
  • Conduct market research to understand talent trends in the real estate sector.
  • Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top industry professionals.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Implement and optimize recruitment tools, ATS systems, and best practices for enhanced efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Create a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct feedback sessions to refine recruitment practices.

Qualifications Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Experience in recruiting for sales, leasing, marketing, and other specialized real estate roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real estate industry certifications or experience with high-volume recruitment.
  • Multilingual capabilities (Arabic preferred).
