URGENT POSITION: RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (Tagalog/ Arabic speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and attract top talent using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking)
• Coordinate with hiring managers and owners for all recruitment requirements
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding
• Conduct interviews via phone and in-person interviews for the initial stage of recruitment.
• Ensure to fill positions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Human Resources or Psychology
• With 2 years proven experience in recruitment and sourcing
• Must be well versed in recruiting industries in sales, marketing, human resource, accountancy, warehouse staff, admin positions, and logistics.
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Computer skills
• Immediate joiner is preferred
