- Manage end-to-end hiring processes: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs

- Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee engagement activities
- Conduct one to one meetings with employees
- Policy Implementation
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
- Performance Management
- Coordinate appraisals and performance reviews
- Support managers in setting KPIs and development goals
- Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs
- Review and update compensation structures
- Knowledge in ESI and PF
- Training & Development
- Organize workshops and training sessions
- Promote continuous learning and career growth
- HR Strategy & Planning
- Work with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Analyze workforce data to improve retention and productivity
