Human Resources Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
  • Conduct onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.

4. Performance Management

  • Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting appraisals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Provide guidance on career progression and succession planning.

5. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Administer employee benefits, health insurance, and other perks.
  • Handle HR documentation related to compensation and benefits.

6. Employee engagement activities
Have to do all primary employee engagement activities with employees..

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.87 - ₹30,000.01 per month
