Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement initiatives.
- Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
4. Performance Management
- Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting appraisals.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Provide guidance on career progression and succession planning.
5. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Administer employee benefits, health insurance, and other perks.
- Handle HR documentation related to compensation and benefits.
6. Employee engagement activities
Have to do all primary employee engagement activities with employees..
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.87 - ₹30,000.01 per month
