Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Agents.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
• Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Address employee queries and grievances effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in Real Estate. (Compulsory)
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
